We can produce all fillet trims; A, B, C, D and E-trims at a high % yield. Frozen fillets are packed as IVP and frozen in a blast freezer immediately after packing.

Portions can be produced in a weight range of 50-250 grams and packed IVP as 2-8 packs, with or without stickers and 2-packs in paper boxes. Blast frozen before packed in carton boxes.
