We can produce all fillet trims; A, B, C, D and E-trims at a high % yield. Fresh fillets can be packed as IVP or packed interleaved in EPS-boxes. As cooling aid we can offer ice, dry ice or ice packs.

Portions can be produced in a weight range of 50-250 grams and packed in bulk (interleaved), in EPS-boxes or chain-packed with vacuum. As a cooling aid we can offer ice, dry ice or ice packs.

Portions can be produced in a weight range of 50-250 grams and packed IVP as 2-8 packs, with or without stickers and 2-packs in paper boxes. Blast frozen before packed in carton boxes.

Belly flaps are packed in cartons with a blue plastic bag and blast frozen to achieve a high quality product.
